Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) but may take one to seven business days from the date of receipt. We cannot guarantee delivery times, most orders are delivered within 2-4 days but due to heavy volume or weather delays, a shipment may arrive later than expected. Taraluna is not responsible for delivery delays and does not guarantee delivery times. There is no overnight delivery from this area; because of this we no longer offer expedited shipping.   If you require expedited delivery, please notify us via our e-mail or call toll free at 1.877.325.9129. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage occurring during shipping, please contact shipping agent.

Our standard shipping method is via USPS ground or priority and UPS or FedEx ground for large or heavy packages. Please check the shipping address carefully at check-out. If you do not receive mail delivery to your home, please supply a PO Box.

Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is returned to Taraluna due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Taraluna is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.  We want to ensure that your order reaches you promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Taraluna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Taraluna  will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping & Handling charges will automatically be added to your total at check out.
