It's a new year and if you are like most people, you may be looking for ways to change bad habits, get in shape, stress less and do more. What would you think if I told you that by practicing yoga and meditation, you can reap all those benefits and more?
Every year without fail, as the holidays draw to a close, and I let my guard down I end up with some kind of misery. This year it was sore throat and ears and congestion. OTC medicines are great but they don’t give comfort like tea does, and an extra added benefit of tea is hydration, relieves pain and seems to combat congestion as well. Plus, it’s yummy!
Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow and most of us will be celebrating with friends and family if we are lucky enough, lets remember our other family members (the cute furry ones)!

Biodiesel is environmentally friendly because it has lower emissions than petrol diesel, it is plant based, made from renewable resources and is produced domestically. It’s less toxic than table salt and is as biodegradable as sugar. It can be made from soy or canola oil and can be recycled from fryer grease (when you drive in a bus or car that uses it…it smells like French fries!)
